PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Phoenix offers project management services for your projects. Our team will coordinate and review plans with your design team. Phoenix provides both bid phase and construction phase services for clients.
CIVIL ENGINEERING & SUPPORT SERVICES
Our engineering team can create construction ready plansets, specifications, preliminary design reports and assist with regional and federal permitting.
WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE
Our engineers will provide design services for water and wastewater pipelines (replacement and rehabilitation), CIPP, pump stations and storage tanks, Phoenix also provides QSD/QSP services. We can develop a SWPPP or assist with stormwater design and regulations.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Phoenix has two construction inspectors who provide field inspection services for our internal design as well as for projects designed by others.
PAVEMENT REHABILITATION & CONDITION ASSESSMENT
Phoenix can provide paving design for replacement and rehabilitation of parking lots, pedestrian trails, sidewalks, curb and gutter. Phoenix has provided pavement assessments and value engineering during constrcution.
CADD - DRAFTING SERVICES
Our experienced design staff utilizes Autodesk Civil 3D to develop your concept into a detailed design. Phoenix can act as an extension of staff from standard drawing updates to record drawing updates and creation of details.
