Harvard Infrastructure Project Santa Paula, CA

Phoenix designed the Harvard Blvd. Water and Sewer Replacement Project, and is currently managing and inspecting the construction of this project.  This project involves the design of ~8600 linear feet of 12-inch diameter potable water pipeline and ~8100 linear feet of 24-inch diameter wastewater pipeline.  Utility coordination, all associated infrastructure design and ~700,000 square feet of pavement has been designed and coordinated by Phoenix.
