Paving Rehabilitation Projects Ojai, CA
The City of Ojai has begun a multi-year pavement rehabilitation and replacement project. Phoenix managed the construction phase and provided engineering services during construction for ~2.5 miles of residential and arterial routes within the City of Ojai. Phoenix has begun design of the next pavement replacement and rehabilitation phase as part of the CIP plan.
