Phoenix is currently acting as the program manager for the CIP projects for the HCTP. The program manager has assisted the HCTP with large-scale planned Capital Improvement Projects to rapid response emergency repair projects. Phoenix has managed over 45 projects; which includes over $2.5 million in design and over $14 million in construction.
